今回のダービーのテーマは「忍者ダービー」
舞台は三重県・名張市。ここ赤目四十八滝はかつて、伊賀忍者が修行をしたという言い伝えが残る地。東海地方を拠点に活動するアイドルとして忍者の仕事が来る可能性がある！ということで忍者に必要なスキルで競う！

さらにSKE48第13期オーディション密着企画がスタート！SKE48 no Mikanzen TV is a documentary variety programme closely following "Mikanzen young people" in the world.
The word "Mikanzen" is a word coined by the programme from "mikansei" and "fukanzen" which mean "incomplete" and "imperfect".
It is a misnomer that does not originally exist, but the programme’s concept is to accept even that.
The programme closely follows the reality of teenagers in Nagoya, which is also a symbol of ‘Mikanzen’, and observes them together with the members of SKE48.
Furthermore, the SKE48 members put their own flavour to the little Mikanzen plans! We will deliver a programme where the members enjoy their disparate personalities.
